Booking Process:
Book/reserve your slot by paying Rs 1000/person and you can pay the remaining amount on your arrival.

Refund Policy:
- Full amount will be refunded if cancellation made 30days before the trek start date.
- 80 % amount will be refunded if cancellation made after 30th day and before/on 20th day from the trek start date.
- 50% amount will be refunded if cancellation made after 20th day and before/on 15th day from the trek start date.
- No refund will be executed if cancellation made after 15th day from the trek start date.
- If proof of payment is not available to show us, then no refund will be executed.
- If a visitor does not check in at the location that was booked but instead goes to another location and then asks for a reduction in the total price, such request will not be honoured.
- if the refund is approved the amount will be credited to original payment method in 5-7 working days .
- In case of trek cancellation by Universal Camper owing to unexpected events such as natural disasters, floods, or political unrest, we will issue a trek voucher. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for the same trek or a different one.
